Synopsis: At the expense of the protection of the gods, a new era occurred, giving the remnants of humanity the chance to rebuild. Having fulfilled their duties to Taisha, members of the Sanshu Middle School heroes club finally begin to enjoy youth, living as regular students. However, this conclusion did not occur without sacrifice.
In the year 298 of the Divine Era, Mebuki Kusunoki is among potential candidates to become the next hero. Despite her thorough efforts to overcome her competition, she loses her position to Karin Miyoshi, leaving Mebuki furiously at Taisha's decision. Two years later, Mebuki is appointed commander of the sentries - a group in charge of exploring unknown territory beyond the barrier. The seemingly simple mission of the team is quickly interrupted by unforeseen threats, endangering the innocent life of the fleet.
To prove his value as a hero, Mebuki promises to bring everyone back, no matter what is needed.
