Synopsis: In addition to his deep passion for eating cakes, the clumsy Ichigo Amano has never been successful. After a meeting with Henri Lucas, a famous Patissê, the amazing Ichigo tasting skills - though without her knowledge - are discovered. Recognizing her talent, Henri offers her a chance to go to St. Marie Academy, a prestigious cooking school specializing in desserts.

Although she is a beginner without skills, thanks to Henri's recommendation, Ichigo is placed in the highest group with the "prinques". The princes, famous throughout the school for their magic treats, are Sennosuke and, expert in traditional Japanese sweets; Satsuki Hanabusa, with a touch for crystallized flowers; and Makoto Kashino, a talented chocolatier. Ichigo and the sweet princes, each accompanied by their "candy spirits" - the fairies that realized the dreams of patissiers if they reality - all work towards their goals in the competitive world of sweets.
