Synopsis: Considered the third portion of the highly popular series when they cry for the 07th expansion, Umineko at Naku Koro Ni takes place on Rokkenjima Island, owned by the immensely rich Ushiromiya family. As usual a year, the whole family is gathering on the island for a conference that discusses the current financial situations of each respective person. Because of the head of the head of the household, this year involves the topic of the head of the family inheritance and how it will be distributed.
However, the family does not know that the distribution of its wealth is the slightest of the worries of Ushiromiya Kinzou (head of the family) to this year's family conference. After being informed that her end was approaching her friend and longtime doctor, Kinzou is desperate to find the true love of her life for the last time: The Golden Witch, Beatrice. Having plunged into black magic for many of the last years of his life, Kinzou instigates a ceremony to relive his beloved on the arrival of his family in Rokkenjima. Soon after, a violent typhoon holds his family on the island and a series of mysterious murders begin, forcing eighteen people on the island fighting for their lives in a deadly struggle between fantasy and reality.
