Synopsis: The days of Kojou Akatsuki as a common high school student in the demonic district of Itogami are coming to an abrupt end after a fateful meeting leaves him with the remarkable skills of a vampire.
It was not long before it is placed at the center of attention when it is discovered that he is the fourth firstborn, an immensely powerful vampire who considers it to be just a legend. Fearing Kojou's destructive potential, King Lion's organization sends a sword apprentice, Yukina Hhereagi, to monitor and, if he became a threat, kill the boy considered the most powerful vampire in the world. Forced together by the circumstances, the two form an unlikely alliance when Kojou reaches their skills and both struggle to protect the city from various emerging chaotic forces.
