Synopsis: Frustrating, insufficient and annoying is how most citizens would describe civil servants. However, three new employees are about to find out what really happens behind the scenes. Lucy Yamagami, committed to revenge against the civil servant who allowed her comic name to be placed on her birth certificate; Yutaka Hasebe, a relaxed guy, always looking for a place to relax; And Saya Miyoshi, a nervous worker for the first time, is about to experience the disappointing satisfaction of being government officials.
