Synopsis: Due to the circumstances of childhood, first -year high school student Saki Miyanaga hates anything related to Mahjong. When she plays the game, she keeps a discreet profile to avoid standing out. One day, her friend Kyoutarou sucks her dragging her to the school's Mahjong club. There, she meets Nodoka Haramura, champion of the previous year's national average school championship, and Yuuki Kataoka, club member.
While the club plays a few rounds, Saki tries to hide his talent. However, club president Hisa Takei realizes Saki's unusual style. Realizing her potential, she puts Saki's true ability to the test - proving that she is more talented than expected. This revelation damages Nodoka's pride, and their relationship begins with a rocky beginning.
Saki ends up joining the club and, after clarifying the misunderstanding between her and Nodoka, friendship blooms between them. While Saki slowly warms up to Mahjong once again, she and the rest of her club have only one goal - to win nationals!
