Synopsis: Since finding aliens on the moon, humanity technology has developed by leaps and bounds. Half a century later, although most are easy, Robby Yaji and Hacchi Kita do not seem to take a break from this advanced society. Robby-A man perpetually hit by misfortune is great sums of money to debt collectors due to their bad investments in shaded enrichment schemes and Rich, and Hacchi finds it difficult to overcome the boredom of his worldly life.
The two end in a life adventure when Shark's head, Yang, sends Hacchi to charge the money that Robby owes. Instead of paying, Robby explodes in space and goes to Isekandar, a planet that supposedly brings happiness to those who visit. Seeing a chance of a very necessary emotion, the Hacchi tags, along with Robby, on this journey, full of alien encounters, giant robot battles and all kinds of problems - all that avoids Yang and his companions who are desperately scouring the universe for find them.
