Synopsis: In 2027, the fever for the game Phantasy Star Online 2 infects the students at Seiga Academy, except for Itsuki Tachibana, a student who remains oblivious to the world of games. Upon realizing the impact of the game on the students' academic lives, the central piece of the plot unfolds when Rina Izumi, the determined president of the student council, decides to demonstrate that the game is not the villain of the story. Summoning Itsuki to be her vice-president, Rina challenges him to immerse himself in the digital universe of PSO2, while he tries to balance his school obligations with his new mission to investigate what makes the game so obsessive.
