Synopsis: While the young Angelique lives her days peacefully in her school, attacks by the monstrous Thanatos have increased anywhere else. Two purifiers appear one day, men with the power to exterminate the Thanatos. One of them, Nyx, tries to convince Angelique to join them in his work, as she has the power to be the only female purifier. While Angelique hesitates, a Thanatos appears in his school. Nyx and the other purifier, Rayne, wage a lost battle. With their classmates being victims of the Thanatos, and the purifiers beaten to submission, Angelique's desire to save all awakening. She became the only feminine purifier in her land of Arcadia, known as the "queen egg."
