Synopsis: The eighth student Shigeo "Mob" Kageyama entered his inner well of psychic prowess at an early age. But power quickly proves to be a passive when it perceives the potential danger in his skills. Choosing to suppress its power, the only current use of the crowd for its ability is to impress its longtime passion, Tsubomi, which is soon bored with the same tricks.
