Synopsis: Medaka Kurokami is, in the real sense of the word, perfect. Beautiful, intelligent and athletic, Medaka's dream is to make others happy. So when she competes for the president of the Hakoniwa Academy Prestigious Student Council, winning the election with 98% of the votes is just expected.
The first thing the new and noisy president does is to configure the "Medaka Box", a suggestion box that allows students to send any kind of assistance request. Together with the cynical of Zenkichi Hitoyoshi, his childhood friend who was greatly armed to help, Medaka meets these requests to a ridiculous ridiculous. For each job completed, she adds flowers to the Student Council Room, with the purpose of filling the whole school. However, the two are about to find that helping others can be much harder than they think when they start discovering a devastating gym -centered plan and even Medaka itself!
