Synopsis: In search of true love, Kanako Miyamae transfers to the Kisaki Catholic School, inspired by how his parents fell in love there. However, there is only one difference: as men make Kanako invade hives, she really came to girl school to find a same -sex partner.
When she meets the beautiful Mariya Shidou, Kanako believes she found someone special; However, there is more in Mariya than the eye-to-eye finds that Kanako's first love is actually a cross-wheel drive boy. Mariya threatens to expose Kanako's impure intentions unless she keeps her true genre secret and, to make things worse, he also replaces his original roommate so that now he can keep an eye on her.
Maria † Holic follows Kanako while looking for love everywhere and looking for the girl of her dreams - that is, if she can survive to be Mariya's roommate!
