Synopsis: In the vivid and brilliant waters of the Kanda River, Jetters and their respective gunmen run together in their jet skis, accelerating the wind while participating in jet races - "the most intense water sport in the world!"
Pursuing his dream of becoming a professional pilot like his mother, Rin Namiki transfers to Asakusa Girls' High School in Tokyo. There, she stumbles on Misa Aoi, a first year student like her. However, tensions appear when Rin and Misa are competing in a race against the prestigious musashino girls' High School's team dress.
As a result of the race, Rin tries to join his school's jet club, just to find that there are none. But her resolution is unshakable and she decides to recruit Misa and three other girls to create her own team: "Kandagawa Jet Girls." With his heart, beating Kandagawa Cup annual, Rin, next to his team, approaches the greatest stage of all.
