Synopsis: According to Murphy's law, "anything that can go wrong will go wrong" and the real words cannot describe the unfortunate life of worker Hayate Ayasaki. Abandoned by his parents after accumulating a debt of more than one hundred and fifty million yen, he is sold to Yakuza, starting his quick escape from a future he does not want. That fateful night, he finds Nagi Sanzenin, a young woman he decides to try to kidnap to pay for his family's massive debt.
Unfortunately, due to her kind nature and a series of misunderstandings, Nagi believes Hayate is confessing her love to her. After saving her from real kidnappers, Hayate is hired as Nagi's personal butler, about which she is revealed as a member of one of Japan's richest families.
Highly skilled, but cursed with the worst luck in the world, Hayate directly does the work by serving her employer all the time, trying to deal with the many misfortunes that happen to him. To take care of a mansion until dangerous enemies and until unintentional, courting the hearts of women around him, Hayate is on his head in the comedy Butler Hayate in Gotoku!
