Synopsis: Grisaia no Rakuen starts right at the end of the previous edition, gray in Meikyuu. Kazami Yuuji is arrested on suspicion of terrorism. A video showing a seemingly concrete test that Yuuji committed these acts, and he is kept in custody by Ichigaya.
