Synopsis: Corruption appears on the prosperous city of Russell, where manifestations of negative emotions called horrors cause chaos and chaos. Makai's order is the last bastion of hope against these profane creatures. Using several small companies as fronts, they deploy powerful Makai knights and Makai magical alchemists to combat the threat of horror.
In this secret order, the highest post of Golden Knight was granted to a large and powerful man named Sword, granting him the use of the armor and bastard blade. Only he knows of a plot that threatens Makai's entire order, with his only tip being the phrase "El Dorado". While fighting a horror, he finds Sophia "Sophie" Hennis, a teenager whose disappearance of her brother years ago is also linked to the same sentence. The two agree to work together to discover the truth behind "El Dorado" and the disappearance of Sophie's brother.
