Synopsis: In the newly appointed Shiniki district of Tokyo, Zen Seizaki is a diligent public prosecutor at the Tokyo district office of public prosecutors. DESIGNATED TO A CASE THAT INVOLVES FALSE, ZEN - Together with its assistant officer, Atsuhiko Fumio - Investigating Japan Supiri, a pharmaceutical company that had provided clinical research manufactured on the company's new medicine. In investigating the SHIN INABA file, a crime -connected anesthetist, the case takes a dark turn when Zen finds a blended page with a mixture of blood, hair and skin, along with the letter "f" scribbled all over the sheet. As he investigates even more, the case goes beyond Zen's imagination and becomes very complex, challenging his sense of justice and knowledge of the truth.

Deepening the investigation, Zen begins to discover a hidden plot behind the ongoing elections and bonds with many people of interest involved in the elections and those closer than he thinks. The case becomes more severe and boosts Zen to an unforeseen hurricane of corruption and mistake behind the election, the establishment of Shiniki district and the mysterious woman associated with everything.
